Meet Miss Ariel the Librarian.

Originally from the quaint town of Brockville, Ontario, Miss Ariel lived in Montreal and Halifax before settling in Edmonton, Alberta, where she met her husband.

 

Now living in Beaumont with her husband, three cats (Loki the Pirate, Bifröst the wanderer, and Niflheim the shnitten (shitty kitten), dog (Odín the adorable goofball), and toddler.

Before beginning her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Professional Writing from Concordia University, Miss Ariel worked for plane tickets to interesting and far off places.

​

Believing that everyone should have story time at least twice a week Miss Ariel focused Master of Library and Information Studies degree on Children and Young Adult resources at Dalhousie University in Halifax.

Miss Ariel is also an avid knitter, a compulsive reader (all purses/bags/pack mules/yetis must be able to carry a book), a neurotic animal petter, and an apprentice weaver and spinner.

She is currently shopping her first YA historical fiction novel.
